ICS Instructors
ICS
Faculty members are active campus safety professionals. Each instructor
brings years of knowledge to the workshop, which has been acquired from
being in the "trenches" of campuses across the nation.
Chief
Phil Mullendore, BS, MS, D. CRIM
Dr.
Mullendore has 33 years of public safety experience including assignments
as a Deputy Sheriff, Campus Police Chief in the K -12 and Community
College Environment. He has participated as an expert with the California
Commission on Peace Officer Standard and Training (POST) in the
development of the Campus Law Enforcement Course, and was instrumental in
developing the standards for California Campus Security Offices course.
Lieutenant
Brad Young
Lt.
Young has 26 years of law enforcement experience. He is a veteran of the
Los Angeles Police Department and is currently employed by Pasadena City
College. Lt. Young's experience includes a variety of tactical assignments
and experience, with a concentration on campus safety.
Ron
Garrison MA, MS, CHS III
Mr.
Garrison has over twenty-five years experience in education, school
safety, security, juvenile justice and corrections. He is a recognized
expert in school safety and justice, and acts as a specialist for
educators, law enforcement, youth services and the legal community.
