INSTRUCTORS
Art Ruditsky, Police Training Service Company is a 32 year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department, retiring as a Lt. assigned to the Northeast area of Los Angeles. He has been a watch commander, mobile field force leader, vice investigator, narcotics investigator, training officer, internal affairs investigator,  and special event supervisor. He holds a Master of  Science and Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Cal State University Los Angeles. His training company, PTSC has provided training to law enforcement and security agencies throughout the nation and has offered both POST and non-POST training to hundreds of police and security personnel. PTSC specializes in issues regarding use of force, leadership, active shooter incidents, patrol tactics and management and supervision techniques and procedures.  Mr. Ruditsky is a former United States Marine Corps Captain.

Philip Mullendore has 33 years public safety experience including assign­ments as a Deputy Sheriff, Campus Police Chief in the K -12 and Community College Environment. He is currently the Executive Director for the California College and University Police Chiefs Association. Mr. Mullendore  has participated as an expert with the California Commission on Peace Officer Standard and Training (POST) in the development of the Campus Law Enforcement Course, and was instrumental in developing the standards for the California Campus Secu­rity Officers course.
